Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase made on vewear.shop (the "Site"), operated by My Store. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full. We may update this page at any time; the version posted at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under that account. Notify us immediately at service@vewear.shop if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

An order is a purchase offer submitted by you, not a binding sale until we confirm it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, inventory shortfalls, or shipping restrictions to your address. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or supplier error, we may cancel that item even after order confirmation and will notify you before charging you.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order and do not by themselves guarantee availability.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and third-party payment processors. Your payment information is transmitted directly to our processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Charges are typically authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships, or as otherwise disclosed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are stated in business days and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at service@vewear.shop and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timeframes, and the return process are described on our dedicated shipping and returns page. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within a standard processing window after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by or licensed to My Store and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
