About

One Broken Coffee Maker, One Sunday Morning

It usually starts with something small. The coffee maker sputters, coughs, and dies on a Sunday, and suddenly you are standing in front of a screen with forty nearly identical replacements, each with four hundred reviews and no clear winner. You do not want to become an expert in carafes. You want the one that is good, at a fair price, ordered before your coffee gets cold. That gap between "I need this" and "here is the one to get" is the entire reason My Store exists.

We Skip the Aisle, Not the Quality

Most stores try to win by having more of everything. We do the opposite. For any given need, we carry one or two options we are comfortable standing behind, not a wall of lookalikes designed to keep you scrolling. Someone has already compared the specs, read the complaints, and ruled out the versions that break in six months. That work is done before the item ever shows up in our store, so what is left is a short, sane list instead of a maze.

Fewer Hands Between the Factory and Your Door

The second half of the story is where the price comes from. We buy directly from the manufacturers who actually make these goods, instead of routing through the layers a typical retail chain relies on: import distributors marking things up, regional warehouses adding their own margin, physical storefronts spreading their rent and payroll across every price tag. Each of those layers exists to solve a problem we simply do not have. Cutting them out does not mean cutting corners on the product — it means the price you see is closer to what the item actually costs to make, plus a fair markup for getting it to you. That is the whole trick, and it is not a secret one.

Why We Put Our Money Where Our Mouth Is

Talk is cheap, so here is what backs it up. Anything from My Store can be returned within 30 days, no explanation required — we are not going to ask you to justify a decision that is entirely yours to make. We cover the cost of sending it back, so you are never paying shipping twice on something that did not work out. Once it arrives, you get a full refund to your original payment method, with nothing held back for handling or restocking. On the way out, most orders ship within one to two business days with a tracking number you can actually watch move. And every payment runs through an encrypted third-party processor, so your card details never sit on our servers at all.

None of that is generosity for its own sake. We would rather absorb the cost of a return than have someone quietly keep a product that is not quite right because sending it back felt like too much hassle. A short list only works if you can trust it, and trust means the risk sits with us, not with you.

Say Hello

Questions about an order, a size, or anything in between go to service@vewear.shop. A real person reads it and writes back — no phone tree, no chatbot script, just a plain answer to a plain question. If something is not right, that same inbox is where we make it right.

For the fine print on all of the above, our terms of service and privacy policy spell out the details in full.
